Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the chicken mixture, a third of the mozzarella, and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
  6. Repeat the layers, ending with noodles topped with marinara sauce and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with sautéed vegetables.
  • Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before baking.
