- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the chicken mixture, a third of the mozzarella, and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
- Repeat the layers, ending with noodles topped with marinara sauce and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with sautéed vegetables.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before baking.
