Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of butter

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. Add the garlic butter, milk, and chopped rosemary to the potatoes.
