Ingredients

- 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add the garlic butter, milk, and chopped rosemary to the potatoes.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional rosemary if desired.

- For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of milk.
