Description

A fresh and flavorful chopped salad inspired by Ruth’s Chris Steak House, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, bacon, blue cheese, green onions, and olives.
  2. Drizzle the ranch dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
