Description

A hearty and comforting casserole perfect for spring, combining sausage and hash browns for a delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of sausage
  • 1 package (30 oz) frozen hash browns
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, cooked sausage, cheese, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
