- 1 pound of sausage
- 1 package (30 oz) frozen hash browns
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, cooked sausage, cheese, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
