Description

A delicious and easy-to-make snack recipe featuring sausage, Rotel, and cream cheese wrapped in crescent rolls.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 1 pound of sausage
  • 1 can of Rotel tomatoes
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat and add the Rotel tomatoes and cream cheese to the skillet.
  4. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is well combined.
  5. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  6. Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture on each triangle.
  7. Roll up the triangles starting from the wide end and place them on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, use hot sausage or add jalapeños to the mixture.
  • These rolls can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
