- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 1 pound of sausage
- 1 can of Rotel tomatoes
- 8 ounces of cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat and add the Rotel tomatoes and cream cheese to the skillet.
- Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture on each triangle.
- Roll up the triangles starting from the wide end and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, use hot sausage or add jalapeños to the mixture.
- These rolls can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
