- 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of fresh herbs (like basil or parsley)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Remove from heat and stir in the fresh herbs.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
