  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Marinate the flank steak in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Grill or pan-sear the steak over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  4. Remove the steak from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
  5. In the same pan, stir-fry the broccoli and carrots until tender.
  6. Serve the sliced steak over cooked rice, topped with stir-fried vegetables and green onions.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
