A rich and flavorful butter sauce perfect for seafood boils.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Remove from heat and serve warm with your seafood boil.

- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
