Description

A rich and flavorful butter sauce perfect for seafood boils.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Simmer for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Remove from heat and serve warm with your seafood boil.
