- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together apple cider, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard.
- Pour the apple cider mixture over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve warm, drizzled with the sauce from the slow cooker.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the meatball mixture.
- These meatballs can be served over rice or with crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
