- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup red onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 whole wheat pitas
- 1/2 cup herby ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken strips, bell peppers, red onion, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Warm the pitas in the oven for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Assemble the pitas by filling them with the chicken and vegetable mixture, and drizzle with herby ranch dressing.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
