A simple and flavorful recipe for Sheet Pan Chicken Pitas served with a delicious herby ranch dressing.

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup herby ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the chicken strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken on a sheet pan and roast for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the pitas by warming them in the oven for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Once the chicken is done, assemble the pitas by adding mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and chicken.
- Drizzle with herby ranch dressing and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like cucumbers or bell peppers.
- This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- For a spicier kick, add some hot sauce to the ranch dressing.
