- 2 tablespoons harissa paste
- 1 orange, juiced and zested

- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup baby carrots
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix harissa paste, orange juice, orange zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken thighs in the harissa mixture.
- On a sheet pan, arrange the chicken, red onion, bell pepper, and baby carrots.
- Drizzle any remaining harissa mixture over the vegetables.
