Description

A delightful and easy-to-make sheet pan pizza perfect for spring gatherings and family dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup assorted spring vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, asparagus, cherry tomatoes)
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Grease a sheet pan with olive oil.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough to fit the sheet pan.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Add the assorted spring vegetables and olives on top of the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper over the toppings.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve.
