Ingredients

- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup assorted spring vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, asparagus, cherry tomatoes)
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease a sheet pan with olive oil.
- Roll out the pizza dough to fit the sheet pan.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add the assorted spring vegetables and olives on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper over the toppings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve.
