Description

A delightful and easy one-pan meal featuring sausage and tortellini, perfect for spring.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 12 ounces cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a large sheet pan, combine the sausage, tortellini, asparagus, and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss everything together until well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture in an even layer on the sheet pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
