Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, broccoli, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Lay out large pieces of aluminum foil and divide the shrimp and broccoli mixture evenly among them.
  4. Fold the foil packets tightly to seal them.
  5. Place the foil packs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
  6. Carefully open the foil packs and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
