A delicious and easy-to-make shrimp burrito recipe that is perfect for any meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add shrimp, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, black beans, corn, and salsa.
- Add the cooked shrimp to the rice mixture and stir to combine.
- Place a portion of the shrimp mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
- Serve immediately or grill the burritos for a crispy finish.
