Ingredients

- 10 large jalapeño peppers
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the shrimp, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the shrimp mixture.
- If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the stuffed jalapeños.
- Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the shrimp is cooked through and the jalapeños are tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
