Ingredients

- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a bowl, whisk together tahini, water, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
- Add the tahini sauce to the pasta and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
