  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
