- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup low-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a creamier dip, you can add more Greek yogurt or cream cheese.
