Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg noodles, for serving
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the beef stew meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and sliced mushrooms.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Stir in the sour cream just before serving.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, you can add a cornstarch slurry before serving.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or peas for extra nutrition.
