  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce and crushed pineapple.
  5. Pour the barbecue sauce mixture over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
