- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve with pasta, on a sub, or on their own.

- For added flavor, you can include Italian seasoning in the meatball mixture.
