Description

A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese, featuring a special sauce and a smashed burger.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 1 burger patty
  • 2 tablespoons of special sauce
  • Butter for grilling


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
  4. Add the cheese and burger patty on top of the bread.
  5. Spread the special sauce over the burger patty.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
  7. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  8. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
