Description
A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese, featuring a special sauce and a smashed burger.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1 burger patty
- 2 tablespoons of special sauce
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Add the cheese and burger patty on top of the bread.
- Spread the special sauce over the burger patty.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
