- 1 lb sausage
- 2 jalapeños, chopped
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup Mexican cheese blend
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet; cook until soft.
- Stir in the jalapeños and cook for another minute.
- Melt the Velveeta cheese in a separate pot with a splash of milk over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Mix the cooked sausage mixture and Rotel tomatoes into the melted cheese.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Mexican cheese blend until melted and combined.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
