  • 1 tsp additional ground cinnamon for rolling

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Gradually mix in graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  7. In a small bowl, mix additional powdered sugar and ground cinnamon, then roll the dipped truffles in this mixture.
