- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup additional powdered sugar for rolling
- 1 tsp additional ground cinnamon for rolling
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
- Gradually mix in graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- In a small bowl, mix additional powdered sugar and ground cinnamon, then roll the dipped truffles in this mixture.
- Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until set.
Notes
- For a stronger cinnamon flavor, increase the amount of ground cinnamon.
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- These truffles can also be frozen for longer storage.
