Description

A fluffy and tender bread made with Greek yogurt, perfect for springtime breakfasts and brunches.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, milk, honey, olive oil, and egg until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
