- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sour cream and onion soup mix until well combined.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Brown the chicken breasts in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the browned chicken to a baking dish and spread the sour cream mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the sour cream mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
