- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced bananas and half of the sugar. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Evenly distribute the banana mixture over the batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
