Description

A delicious and unique way to enjoy spaghetti served in a crispy garlic bread bowl.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of Italian bread
  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the Italian bread into bowls by hollowing out the center.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the garlic mixture inside and outside of the bread bowls.
  5. Place the bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. In a separate pot, heat the marinara sauce and mix it with the cooked spaghetti.
  7. Once the bread bowls are ready, fill them with the spaghetti mixture.
  8. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Feel free to add your favorite vegetables or proteins to the spaghetti.
  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic mixture.
  • These bowls can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
