Ingredients

- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup jalapeños, diced
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and diced jalapeños.
- Add the biscuit mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the mixture.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the sausage balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, use more jalapeños or add some cayenne pepper.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
