- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic until smooth.
- Add the spinach, artichokes, chicken, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
