- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cooked spinach mixture into the cheese mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
