  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in the cooked spinach mixture into the cheese mixture.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
