- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the white beans, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice before serving.
