A festive and delicious dessert perfect for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 3 cups of whipped cream
  • 2 cups of green-tinted vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup of crushed mint chocolate candies
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake in a 9×13 inch pan.
  2. Once cooled, cut the brownies into small squares.
  3. In a trifle dish, layer half of the brownie squares at the bottom.
  4. Add a layer of green-tinted vanilla pudding over the brownies.
  5. Next, add a layer of whipped cream.
  6. Sprinkle half of the crushed mint chocolate candies on top.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
