Ingredients

- 1 box of brownie mix
- 3 cups of whipped cream
- 2 cups of green-tinted vanilla pudding
- 1 cup of crushed mint chocolate candies
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake in a 9×13 inch pan.
- Once cooled, cut the brownies into small squares.
- In a trifle dish, layer half of the brownie squares at the bottom.
- Add a layer of green-tinted vanilla pudding over the brownies.
- Next, add a layer of whipped cream.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed mint chocolate candies on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, consider adding a layer of chocolate ganache.
- Make sure to use food coloring that is safe for consumption.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for convenience.
