Delicious and festive truffles made with Oreos, perfect for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day.
Ingredients

- 1 package of Oreo cookies (about 15–20 cookies)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- Green candy melts
- Sprinkles (green and gold)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the green candy melts according to package instructions.
- Dip each truffle into the melted candy and place back on the parchment paper.
- Before the candy sets, sprinkle with green and gold sprinkles.
- Allow the truffles to set completely before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use double-stuffed Oreos.
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These truffles can be made a day in advance.
