Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mint chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup green confetti sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the mint chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and green confetti sprinkles.
  7. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
