Deliciously chewy cookies made with chocolate and marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of rice cereal
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 cup of mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add sugar and corn syrup, stirring until combined.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Add chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth.
- Fold in rice cereal and mini marshmallows until evenly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper and let cool until set.

- Store cookies in an airtight container for freshness.
- For a variation, add nuts or dried fruit.
