- 2 pounds of steak, cut into cubes
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the cubed steak, diced potatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
- Pour in the beef broth and add the salt, black pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Stir the mixture until well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the steak and potatoes are tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover again until melted.
