- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup cooked steak, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium heat.
- Drizzle olive oil on the grill surface.
- Place one tortilla on the grill and sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
- Add the sliced steak, bell peppers, and onions on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the filling and fold the tortilla in half.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Flip the quesadilla carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side.
- Remove from the grill, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or spinach.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole for extra flavor.
