  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup cooked steak, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium heat.
  2. Drizzle olive oil on the grill surface.
  3. Place one tortilla on the grill and sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
  4. Add the sliced steak, bell peppers, and onions on top of the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the filling and fold the tortilla in half.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Flip the quesadilla carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side.
  8. Remove from the grill, slice, and serve hot.
