Ingredients

- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Add the steak cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated steak, bell pepper, onion, and zucchini onto the skewers, alternating the ingredients.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
