- 1 pound rigatoni pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the steak pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rigatoni, blue cheese, marinara sauce, heavy cream, and cooked steak. Mix well until combined.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
