- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
- Add the shrimp and mixed vegetables, stirring frequently until the shrimp are pink and the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
