Description
A delicious and healthy steak zucchini bowl perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup creamy dressing (your choice)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- While the steak is grilling, sauté the spiralized zucchini in a pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In a bowl, combine the sautéed zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and sliced steak.
- Drizzle with creamy dressing and sprinkle with feta cheese.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
