  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar to create the sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced beef to the pan and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in the bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked noodles and sauce to the pan, tossing everything together until well combined.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
