- 250g noodles

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar to create the sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, then add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the sliced beef to the pan and cook until browned.
- Stir in the bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring to combine.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well coated.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add chili flakes or fresh chili.
