  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust.
  6. Mix the strawberry puree with powdered sugar and swirl it into the remaining batter.
  7. Pour the strawberry batter over the plain cheesecake layer and swirl gently with a knife.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
