Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Preheat the waffle maker and grease it lightly.
  5. Pour a scoop of batter into the waffle maker and add a spoonful of Biscoff spread on top.
  6. Close the waffle maker and cook until golden brown.
  7. Remove the croffle and top with fresh strawberries.
  8. Drizzle with additional Biscoff spread if desired.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use whole milk instead of low-fat milk.
  • Feel free to add whipped cream on top for extra sweetness.
