- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Preheat the waffle maker and grease it lightly.
- Pour a scoop of batter into the waffle maker and add a spoonful of Biscoff spread on top.
- Close the waffle maker and cook until golden brown.
- Remove the croffle and top with fresh strawberries.
- Drizzle with additional Biscoff spread if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use whole milk instead of low-fat milk.
- Feel free to add whipped cream on top for extra sweetness.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
