Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberry cake mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup crushed strawberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Sprinkles for decoration


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and egg. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the crushed strawberries.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Allow the cake to cool completely, then crumble it into a large bowl.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
  7. Mix the melted chocolate into the crumbled cake until well combined.
  8. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  10. Once chilled, dip each truffle in the remaining melted white chocolate and decorate with sprinkles.
  11. Let the truffles set before serving.
