- 1 cup strawberry cake mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup crushed strawberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and egg. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the crushed strawberries.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Allow the cake to cool completely, then crumble it into a large bowl.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Mix the melted chocolate into the crumbled cake until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, dip each truffle in the remaining melted white chocolate and decorate with sprinkles.
- Let the truffles set before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger strawberry flavor, use fresh strawberries instead of cake mix.
- These truffles can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
