- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the fresh strawberries until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy.
- Add the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and sugar to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the strawberry puree and graham cracker crumbs into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer the churned ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger strawberry flavor, add more strawberry puree.
- Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping for easier serving.
