Description

A creamy and delicious strawberry cheesecake ice cream that combines the flavors of fresh strawberries and rich cheesecake.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the fresh strawberries until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy.
  3. Add the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and sugar to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the strawberry puree and graham cracker crumbs into the mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Transfer the churned ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger strawberry flavor, add more strawberry puree.
