- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or strawberry flavor)
- 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and protein powder.
- Add crushed freeze-dried strawberries, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract to the mixture.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute almond butter with peanut butter if desired.
- These protein balls can be frozen for longer storage.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
